Data Center Project Manager (HVAC / Cooling System / CRAC)

Responsibilities

Support the Director in coordinating with internal departments to secure necessary resources for project execution in Data Center.

Understand client requirements to ensure project objectives are met and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Attend and actively participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders.

Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient implementation.

Contribute to achieving project profit targets through effective planning and execution.

Foster strong working relationships with clients, internal departments, and divisions to ensure smooth collaboration.

Oversee and coordinate all M&E activities on-site to ensure efficient operations and high-quality work.

Supervise, guide, and motivate project team members, encouraging continuous improvement and optimal performance.

Ensure all installation works meet the required standards from issuance of purchase order to final payment collection.

Provide timely updates to customers on project progress, addressing concerns proactively.

Maintain a strong focus on service quality to uphold customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist the Director in planning implementation schedules and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.

5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly with hands‑on involvement in cooling system in data center preparation projects.

Good leadership abilities, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Self‑driven, collaborative, and highly customer‑oriented.
