Strong presentation, client engagement, and communication skills. Experience with large-scale Azure implementations and hybrid cloud environments. Azure Data & AI : Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI. Azure Dev / App Modernization : Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps Understanding of integration patterns across Azure workloads. Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Developer Associate Technical depth and breadth across Azure solution areas. Client relationship management. Advisory and consultative skills. Cross-group collaboration. Problem-solving and innovation mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Value-selling capability and basic business acumen

Location : Avanade Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Avanade is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Azure Cloud Solution Architect, proficient in Infrastructure, Data & AI, and Application Development. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for Microsoft Unified Support customers, supporting architecture design, deployment, and optimization of Azure workloads, helping clients maximize the value of their Microsoft Azure investment.
Responsibilities
- Drive positive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by serving as a trusted advisor and solution architect.
- Gather and translate customer insights into actionable guidance for Microsoft product teams.
- Promote adoption across Azure Data Infrastructure, Data & AI, and App Dev, accelerating time-to-value.
- Identify blockers and deliver resolution strategies, ensuring seamless solution deployment and customer success.
- Map Azure technical solutions to business outcomes, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities by understanding customer business and technical needs.
