Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting on monthly, quarterly & yearly subsidiaries management accounts.

Assist in the preparation of group's consolidated financial statements, audited financial statements, annual reports and quarterly reports in compliance with statutory listing requirement.

Compilation of group budget and forecast, performance monitoring and analysis reports.

Review tax computation, quarterly revision, and submission of tax returns.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary bankers and etc.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.
