Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Johor or Pahang for a Civil Engineer (Structure) & Fit-out Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing civil engineering design, participating in project planning, managing stormwater systems, and providing on-site support for construction activities. Daily tasks will include overseeing structural design and fit-out works to ensure project milestones are met, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for structural design, drawing review, and optimization;
• Supervise and manage on-site structural works to ensure quality and safety;
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution;
• Participate in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Manage interior fit-out and finishing works for construction projects;
• Review construction drawings, coordinate design with execution, and solve technical issues on site;
• Control construction progress, quality, safety, and cost;
• Supervise material selection, delivery, and installation to meet project specifications;
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Requirements
