Penerangan pekerjaanConduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, emerging needs, and competitor products, informing product development strategies. Responsible for new product development and coordination with other related departments and customers on project status. Work closely with customers and internal departments (R&D, QC, Production & Regulatory) throughout the product development process to ensure smooth execution. Improvement of existing products by optimizing product attributes. Coordinate with suppliers to source innovative raw materials and packaging, and maintain strong working relationships for timely support. Support the Marketing team in handling customer enquiries, providing technical input, and product knowledge. To provide product training or to share product information to Sales & Marketing team especially those newly hired To perform any other work as and when required
