Strong expertise in blocks like bandgap, amplifiers, regulators, ADC / DAC, oscillators. In-depth knowledge of analog design principles and low-power architectures. Proficiency in circuit simulation and layout verification tools. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with digital IC design and scripting tools (e.g., Python) is a plus.

Seeking a Principal Engineer to lead and innovate in analog / mixed-signal IC design, mentoring junior engineers and delivering high-performance, low-power solutions for complex system needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive analog / mixed-signal IC design from concept to verification.
- Develop innovative circuit solutions for complex design challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design cycle.
- Conduct circuit-level simulations and provide layout guidance.
- Ensure compliance with IC design methodologies and standards.
- Support validation and characterization of mixed-signal IPs.
- Contribute to project reviews and technical decision-making.
