Operations & Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of catering and event operations.
• Handle administrative duties such as preparing quotations, invoices, and event documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage inventory of catering equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
• Schedule and organize staff assignments for events.
• Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and office organization.
• Support the operations team with logistical arrangements, delivery coordination, and setup schedules.
• Assist management with any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
