About the Role

We're launching a new Live Selling team on TikTok. You'll be the on-camera face and the content engine—hosting engaging lives, creating daily short videos, and turning viewers into buyers.

What You'll Do

  • Host TikTok Live 3–6 sessions / week : plan rundown, do product demos, handle Q&A, pin links / vouchers, drive urgency, and close sales.
  • Create content (daily teasers, hooks, highlights) to warm audiences before each live and retarget after.
  • Own the mechanics : set up bundles, flash deals, coupons, and pin products; coordinate stock with ops and partners.
  • Engage the crowd : reply to comments live, run mini games / giveaways (within platform rules), and build a loyal community.
  • Align with campaigns : work with marketing / production to integrate dramas, actors, and promos into live scripts.
  • Report & improve : track GMV, conversion rate, watch time, peak CCV, CTR, follower growth; A / B test hooks / frames.
  • Studio-ready : prep basic lighting / mic / backdrop; ensure stream quality with checklists.

What You'll Bring

  • Confident on-camera presence with clear, persuasive communication.
  • 1–3 years in live streaming / e-commerce sales / content creation (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
  • Platform fluency : TikTok, IG Reels / Stories, YouTube Shorts; understands trends, hooks, and pacing.
  • Tools : CapCut / Premiere, Canva, TikTok Shop / Seller Center; basic live tools (Stream / OBS an advantage).
  • Languages : Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
  • Agile & KPI-driven; comfortable with evening / weekend / peak shopping hours.
