Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule

Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and quality controls are complied with the procedure

Raise technical queries and liaise with construction team in resolving site issues and highlight any costs and schedule impacts.

Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.

Execute, monitor and coordinate construction activities across all disciplines.

Plan with quality control teams to ensure timely inspections by relevant parties (clients, vendors, authorities, etc.)

Attend site meeting, coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and sub-contractors to resolve all interface issues to enable smooth execution.

Execute construction activities to meet schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Any other duties assigned by the Management
