Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure adherence to Malaysian accounting regulations and tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax submissions. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local accounting standards and legislation. Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and ensure the integration of accounting software and tools. Address and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
1. Financial Management
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with Malaysian tax laws and international accounting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, AP, AR reports.
