Responsibilities

• Find smarter ways to reduce waste and eliminate inefficiencies in our production processes.
• Analyze workflows, optimize layouts, and design better systems to maximize machine capacity and productivity.
• Take charge of cost management, ensuring budgets are met while sourcing the right equipment to level up our production capabilities.
• Continuously review and enhance processes to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely installation of equipment and seamless operational readiness.
• Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with teams like Production, QAQC, and Maintenance to drive cross-functional improvements.
