Job Description :
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive joint business planning (JBP) with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend actionable strategies.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets (value & volume) for assigned key accounts.
- Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Manage P&L for key accounts, ensuring optimal ROI on trade spend.
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing to align business strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account team.
- Set clear performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results.
