Overview
Staff Engineer GaN Technology Development – Infineon Technologies. Responsibilities
Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration with application, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams. Work with Unit process Development experts to define process requirements and optimization with process modules. Set up new Process of Records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration). Plan, coordinate and evaluate experiments using Design of Experiment techniques. Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline. Define and design test structures for process control, assess data and correlate to process and device characteristics. Perform electrical device measurement and characterizations. Support the production team in the ramp-up phase of new technologies. Your Profile
University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, material engineering or other relevant studies. 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, e.g., process integration, technology development or TCAD simulation. Experience with power device characterization and modeling. Experience working in multicultural, high-tech project teams. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
