Penerangan pekerjaanDesign and write clean code in HTML / CSS. A familiarity with JavaScript libraries and Content Management Systems is critical. Develop and implement new websites and landing pages based on project mock‑ups, ensuring the best possible performance and responsiveness. Common cross‑browser compatibility issues must be understood. Identify bottlenecks, quick fixes and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues for desktop and mobile applications. Work closely with UI / UX designers and technical leads to deliver intuitive interfaces and interaction layers with great user experience. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management, within your category of employment, for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Preferable to have 2 years of working experience in the related field, but open to fresh graduates. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS (Preferred) / Angular / Vue, Layout (Flexbox & Grid), Responsive Design, Web performance optimization, API experience, SCSS / LESS, NPM / Yarn and version control systems. Possesses skills in React Hooks, Animation, CSS in JS, Webpack / Gulp / Grunt, Web Storage API, Unit Testing, Socket IO, CI / CD and Skeleton. Attuned to trending web and mobile technologies. Added advantage for candidates with strong understanding of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP). Meticulous and effective at troubleshooting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
