• Drive the adoption of digital HR and General Services solutions by applying user‑centric approaches aligned with both global and local roadmaps.

• Analyse job description workflows to optimise accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals within IT HR & GS functions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline job role definitions, eliminate redundancies, and implement consistent best practices.
• Identify gaps in operational processes, recommend improvements, and support training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement in job design and documentation.
• Provide Level 1 support for system applications while enhancing communication between global and local business units to eliminate gaps.
