About this role

As an eCommerce & Performance Marketing Associate, you will drive online revenue growth by

managing eCommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and executing performance marketing

campaigns across paid channels including TikTok, Shopee, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and marketplace stores (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) to improve user experience and

conversions.

  • Analyze traffic and shopper behavior to improve performance across the funnel.
  • Oversee marketplace campaigns, ensuring timely submissions and maximizing sales
  • potential.

  • Track, report, and provide insights with actionable steps to drive growth.
  • Performance Marketing

  • Manage and marketplace stores (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).

  • Partner with the brand team to improve conversion across the full marketing funnel.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to align campaigns with inventory availability.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Knowledge of digital and performance marketing across TikTok, Shopee, and Meta.
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce and performance marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
