Financial Consultant (AIA Public Takaful) | Leadership Track Available

Location : Zahin Solutions, Kuala Lumpur City, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are seeking Financial Consultants (part-time or full-time) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals — especially from sales, banking, marketing, business or entrepreneurship — who want to build a career in financial solutions that are Shariah-compliant and focused on wealth protection and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients to understand their financial needs and provide Shariah-compliant wealth planning solutions.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through professional service and ongoing support.
  • Participate in a structured mentoring program and a 90-Day Fast Start Plan.
  • Develop leadership potential and pursue advancement opportunities based on performance.
  • Contribute to a culture of wisdom, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, banking, marketing, or financial services preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth; self-driven with high ethical standards.
  • Degree or professional certifications are a plus.
