About the Role

We’re looking for a Assistant Manager, Customs who will be the anchor between Teleport, customs authorities, and our regional operations. In this role, you will oversee and optimise customs processes across local and global markets, ensuring everything we do is accurate, compliant, and future‑ready.

You will manage customs documentation, liaise closely with authorities, and step in to resolve issues whenever things get messy. Beyond daily operations, you will also help build long‑term capabilities—developing processes, driving training, implementing automation, and elevating customs knowledge within the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail‑driven, calm under pressure, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves when the situation demands it. If you enjoy putting order and clarity into fast‑moving environments and want to contribute to a logistics network that moves Southeast Asia, this is your place.
