Your future employer is looking to build a tech team capable of providing reliable, secure and innovative deliverables to their global clientele. about the company Hy key responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices in software development. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define feature specifications and technical designs. Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and reliable operations. requirements : 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in software development. Expert proficiency in Java (Java 8+ is preferred). Deep expertise with the Spring Framework, specifically Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs. Solid experience designing and implementing services within a microservices architecture. Proven experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and / or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. nice to haves : Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS / ECS). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or Terraform. Experience with message brokers or event streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
