Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in budgeting.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash and daily sales collection from outlets.
Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory reports.
Review supplier invoices, reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items.
Assist Finance Manager in audit schedules, cost analysis and ad-hoc projects.
Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure proper filing and documentation.
Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Prepare and manage HR-related tasks such as employee record management and payroll processing.
Qualifications
Solid working knowledge of accounting systems and software applications (e.g. SQL and Microsoft Office applications).
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
