Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee server and system administration, providing comprehensive operational support—including architecture planning and engineering design.
- Take an active role in global project deployments, with a primary focus on Malaysia and the broader Asia region.
- Manage the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrading of hardware, servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of infrastructure assets, including server configurations, device setups, routing information, and system interdependencies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing operational efficiency.
