Job Description :
We are looking for an individual with a dedicated personality to join our team as Executive – Customer Service and Admin Support. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our company and our customers, providing them with accurate information about our products and services, conducting sales analysis, and efficiently resolving any issues that they may encounter.
Scope of Work :
- Support the unit head in ensuring the department runs effectively and efficiently.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with the policies, procedures, and guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage large amounts of incoming / outgoing phone calls or messaging.
- Generate Sales Leads.
- Identify and access customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Identify and access customers' sales gap to generate sales.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Prepare and submit reports as required on a timely basis.
- Any other projects / jobs assigned from time to time.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have :
Possess Bachelor of Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or other equivalent qualifications.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Good command of written and spoken English, ability to speak fluent Mandarin would be an added advantage.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters.
