Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure subordinates carry out QC activities as per established procedures.
- Ensure inspection plans & method as specified in inspection checklist are carried out accordingly.
- Monitor quality trends & make improvements plan for implementations.
- Liaise with internal related personnel & customer on all quality issue.-Organize, upgrading and motivate team towards quality objective.
- Participate in new project, high failure rate in line & experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality.
