Responsibilities
- Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Coordinating with external service providers and contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Providing technical support and advice to other departments as needed
- Participating in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans and strategies
