Responsibilities :
Report to the Senior HR Manager.
Support the business division on day-to-day Human Resource operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management and industrial and employee relations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Prepare salary proposal, Letter of Employment and provide on boarding support to new joiners.
Compile and analyze staff attendance records for staff disciplinary issues.
Coordinate Annual Review submission from respective branches for approval.
Address staff grievances, drive employee engagement activities and manage industrial relations matters including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
Develop and drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Partner with and guide managers on people management practices, ensuring consistent application of HR policies while strengthening leadership capability.
Provide HR data and reports as and when required for ISO audit, compliance and regulatory requests.
Operate with a high level of independence, taking initiative to resolve challenges, manage change and support management in decision-making.
Perform any ad hoc or additional tasks as and when required by the management.
Requirements :
Posses at least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in generalist role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Assertive yet diplomatic in managing stakeholders, with the ability to influence and guide line managers effectively.
