Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in training needs analysis (TNA) with department heads. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Handle HRD Corp (HRDF) claims, training records, and reports. Organize employee development activities (technical, soft skills, safety, compliance). Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations. Prepare reports (hiring status, training hours, cost per hire, training budget utilization). Support HR projects (employee engagement, employer branding). Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or training. Knowledge of HRDCorp (HRDF) processes is an advantage. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Maternity leave Mandarin (Preferred) Bahasa (Preferred)

To manage recruitment activities ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates, and to support training & development programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and relationships with universities, agencies, and job portals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify manpower needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
