A Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base of the organization. They are responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. They must be highly skilled at building relationships with clients and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and priorities.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
