Senior Team Member, CDD-B Team 6 (SG)

Overview

Responsibilities and expectations for a role focused on AI / ML solutions feedback, data quality, documentation, compliance, and review of CDD / EDD processes, SAR handling, process improvement, coaching, and other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• To provide feedback to the AI / ML solutions on the accuracy of the analysis.
• Ensure that the data use for the AI models is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
• Maintain thorough documentation of analysis, findings, methodologies for audit purposes.
• Ensure that the AI-driven processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Review and close CDD alerts within the agreed timeline
• Review and perform quality check on CDD Customer Risk Review alerts completed by Investigators.
• Review EDD Forms and justification provided by Investigators.
• Ensure that the EDD form is fully completed and information recorded accurately.
• Ensure the EDD & PEP approval is obtained from the relevant parties.
• Review closing comments provided by Investigators.
• To raise SAR for suspicious activities identified and email to GC.
• Continuously provide process improvement ideas to the team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Investigators.
• Any other tasks assign by Team Lead.
