Base pay range

This range is provided by One Dental Supply & Marketing Sdn Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and any relevant documents
  • Provide admin or general office support duties as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers (local and overseas) in the assigned scope of work, requiring English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  • Ensure updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system
  • Receive goods in the system after verification is completed
  • Monitor and coordinate overseas and local deliveries to reach office / store on a timely basis
  • Involve in workshop and exhibition
  • Liaise with Accounts department to ensure matching of all relevant documents (PO, DO, invoices, payment details, etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
  • Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
