QA & QC Specialist

The QA & QC Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our manufacturing processes and final products. This role is responsible for implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting product and process inspections, supporting internal and external audits, investigating non-conformances, and working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement strategic QA & QC plans that will be aligned with organization goals and reporting directly to company's management.
• Overseeing acceptance or rejection of incoming materials, in-process production and finished products.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and guidelines across all projects and processes.
• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product excellence.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and project statuses directly to the management.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to present findings, propose solutions, and gain approval for quality initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor a team of QA / QC analysts, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with quality objectives.
• Delegate tasks, manage team performance, and ensure that deadlines and quality targets are met.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes, including systematic testing and inspections, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and data summaries for internal use and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection plans, and quality manuals.
• Identify and address quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues; develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance product quality.
• Ensure all QA / QC activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and documentation.
• Participate in external audits and certification activities
• Recommend process improvements based on audit findings and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all quality assurance and control processes.
• Work closely with development, engineering, and product management teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as a key liaison between QA / QC and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Any ad-hoc tasks available.
