IT Operations Associate

Role Overview

As an IT Operations Associate you will lead internal support and infrastructure, enabling a secure and productive digital environment across our hybrid and remote teams. This role blends hands‑on technical support, IT administration, SaaS / infrastructure ownership, and proactive tooling governance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our systems are fast, reliable, and aligned with ISO 27001 and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to employees across Singapore, Malaysia, and remote environments; resolve device setup, software installation, network access, printing, and other IT requests.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including users, groups, permissions, MFA, endpoint protection policies, and troubleshoot related issues.
• Coordinate HR onboarding and off‑boarding; prepare and configure laptops (Mac / Windows), accounts, software, and access; secure off‑boarding by revoking access and collecting hardware.
• Maintain office Wi‑Fi, printers, power backups, door access, CCTV cameras, NVR setups, and basic AV equipment.
• Ensure alignment with ThoughtFull's ISO 27001‑aligned Information Security Management System (ISMS); monitor endpoint compliance via Intune, restrict unauthorized software, maintain the company's "Allowed Tools & Software" list, evaluate new tools, and lead end‑to‑end implementation of IT and infrastructure software.

BASIC MYR4,000 – MYR8,000
