Responsibilities

  • Make shipment bookings upon receive of shipment instructions.
  • Plan and prepare import and export shipping schedule.
  • Liaise with haulage / shipper / consignee regarding delivery arrangement.
  • Work in a team and work under pressure.
  • Assist Manager to manage and prepare for Job report, Logistic estimation and budget.
  • Proactively analyze and provide countermeasure on complaints raised by customers and issues on logistics.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
  • Candidate must be able to read and write Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
