Job Description

Take responsibility for functional analysis, gap fit with MS Dynamics 365, determining modification requests and writing specifications or their development.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as a D365 Consultant on the assigned engagement
• Lead Conference Room Pilot sessions showing Dynamics 365 ERP fit to customers’ organization or clients’ requirements
• Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product and customers' business processes through configuration
• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules
• Prepare functional specification documents and design for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Prepare user manuals and training plans
• Lead end‑user training and provide pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live support
• Ensure project documents are complete and the project is delivered successfully as per the plan
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Lead a team of consultants / analysts and manage performance, admin tasks including approval of timesheets, expenses, and leaves
• Mentor and coach junior members
• Implement effective leadership in managing teams or projects
