Establish a global HR governance framework that balances centralized policy alignment with region-specific regulatory requirements, supporting scalable and compliant growth. Design and oversee competitive, regionally optimized total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and incentives, aligned with both business performance and across market benchmarks. Drive rewards program to reflect shifting market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging employee expectations ensuring lasting competitiveness, fairness, and engagement across all regions. 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; at least 3 years at the executive level. Strong experience in brokerage, financial services, or fast-paced high-regulation industries. Proven success in leading cross-border HR teams and scaling HR in high-growth environments. Deep understanding of organizational psychology, talent frameworks, and HR tech. Demonstrated expertise in culture building, change management, and DEI. Good understanding of labor legislation across APAC and MINA regions. Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent. Exposure to private equity or high-growth companies. Passion for innovation, technology, and leveraging data in HR decisions. Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
