The team supports institutional clients across Europe with services including Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations, and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. The Risk and Controls team provides management with informed opinions on control effectiveness and strengthens the 1st line of defense for operational and IT processes.

What is the opportunity?

Join the Risk and Controls team dedicated to Information Systems and IT Security. You will manage operational IT incidents in coordination with IT, conduct 2.1 controls, and review the IT risk mapping in coordination with the 2nd line of defense. You will monitor IT incidents affecting operational activities, assess incident trends and performance, and report to the manager of Information Systems and IT Security. You may coordinate crisis resolution and act as a referent in your field within CACEIS.

Responsibilities

• Operational Incident Management : ensure accurate description of IT incidents detected by staff or IT teams; lead coordination between IT and operations when needed; verify root causes and monitor corrective actions.
• Level 2.1 Controls : participate in reviewing control plans with IS & IT security teams; perform level 2.1 controls; write control reports and issue recommendations; present consolidated results to committees.
• Risk Mapping : assist IT and security teams in establishing risk maps; challenge IT and security risk mappings.
• Other work : follow up on errors to ensure consistency of incidents and declared amounts; draw up risk indicator reports and action plans.
• IT Tools : leverage broad IT knowledge and communicate results to senior management; engage stakeholders and coordinate across large, complex organizations.
