Key Responsibilities :
- Work with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Conduct orientation programs and ensure a smooth induction process.
- Set up and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related matters.
- Address grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Assist in basic safety awareness and compliance if there's no dedicated SHE staff.
- Liaise with HQ HR team on alignment with corporate HR policies and systems.
