We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Leasing Executive to support the company’s expansion in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The role is primarily responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic locations for new restaurant outlets, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy and market positioning.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Leasing Executive to support the company’s expansion in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The role is primarily responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic locations for new restaurant outlets, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for new restaurant openings, focusing on high-traffic, commercially viable areas.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies on potential locations, including competitor analysis, demographics, rental rates, and footfall.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and tenancy contracts with landlords, property developers, and real estate agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, property developers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to assess suitability of new sites and ensure successful outlet launches.
  • Monitor lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on new site acquisition opportunities and market trends.
  • Support the overall real estate and expansion strategy of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or site acquisition (F&B, retail, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian retail property market, shopping malls, and commercial areas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and financial feasibility.
  • Willing to travel as required for site visits and negotiations.
