We are seeking a skilled Logistics Executive (Fleet Management) to join our dynamic team at WEPOST SDN. BHD. in Kulai, Johor. As a Logistics Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our fleet operations, ensuring efficient and reliable transportation services for our customers.

This is a full-time position based in Kulai, Johor, offering the opportunity to be a part of a growing company dedicated to providing excellent logistics solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing to maintain the fleet in optimal condition
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of deliveries
• Develop and implement best practices for fuel management and cost reduction.
• Support the procurement process for new vehicles, including evaluating specifications and negotiating contracts
• Assist in training and mentoring drivers on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to implement and monitor processes and procedures for fleet management
• Analyse fleet performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet operations
