Salary : RM8,000 – RM15,000 (Based on experience)

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Contract Duration : 12 months via PERSOL (Renewable based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical project management expertise and excellent client engagement skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on project goals, and successful delivery of outcomes that meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT projects using PMI, Agile / Scrum, or software development methodologies.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams — including consultants, architects, and developers — to drive successful execution.
• Manage customer expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Mentor and guide project teams on best practices and process improvements.
