Senior Analyst, Individual Life (IT Business Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Assessing, analyzing user requirements, and establishing system objectives.
- Prepare system documentation, e.g., functional specification, and user manual, etc.
- Support the communication within business parties and development team.
- Work with developers to support and conduct end user acceptance testing.
- Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
- To help team lead or project manager to build up team business domain knowledge including business knowledge repository maintenance, new joiners’ business knowledge training up.
- To help team lead or project manager on stakeholders’ relationship management thru daily work.
