Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalised, high-touch patient care, greeting patients warmly, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth registration and payment.
• Manage prescriptions, appointments, and diagnostic coordination with attention to detail.
• Support our doctors during consultations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic space that reflects a premium healthcare experience.

Build lasting relationships with patients, remembering their preferences, following up, and making every visit feel special.

Training : Comprehensive onboarding to develop your clinical, administrative, and service skills

No healthcare background? That's okay. Candidates from hospitality, customer service, or retail are also encouraged to apply — we provide full training.
