Facility & Equipment Maintenance

  • Attend to facility system breakdowns and perform troubleshooting.
  • Handle electrical and air conditioning failure diagnostics and repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of machines according to schedule.
  • Perform daily equipment checks to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of equipment operation and service history.
  • Support installation and servicing of plumbing, fire safety systems, electrical power systems, and basic fabrication tasks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of internal and external building areas.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies, ISO standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), and local regulations such as OSHA 1994.
  • Monitor site conditions and enforce safety measures, including COVID-19 SOPs.
  • Conduct safety inspections, ensuring all safety equipment is adequate and functional.
  • Investigate accidents / incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Promote safety awareness and training across departments.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., DOSH, Bomba) to ensure legal compliance of machinery, buildings, and equipment.
  • Ensure timely hygiene and chemical exposure monitoring.

    • Environmental Management System (EMS)

  • Monitor and measure environmental performance, including air, water, energy usage, and scheduled waste management.
  • Ensure all EMS-related activities comply with internal standards and government regulations.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Possess hands on Electrical repairing or Mechanical maintenance.
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management System.
  • Good knowledge in EHS and familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Environmental Quality Act 1974, and Environmental Protection Act 1986 and others standards requirement.
