Position SummaryThe Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, introducing, and selling the company's medical products to government and private hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and introduce medical products (e.g., nitrile gloves, cotton tape, bandages, disposables, etc.) to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to government hospitals, private hospitals, panel clinics, and pharmacies.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and highlight the added value of the company's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to support more effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Candidate must posses a Good Attitude & Demonstrate Good Character.Able to communicate in EnglishNo qualification is required (SPM / STPM & above will be added advantage)No work experience is required ( 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the medical / healthcare industry). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Benefits
