Media Sales Executive (Billboard)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Strictly 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Media, Advertising, or the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and their advertising features.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills and Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and setting appointments with potential partners.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Prepare business proposals, sales decks, and presentations for potential clients.

Set appointments with corporate companies and government departments to propose and establish media partnerships.

Ensure proper filing, documentation, and data management in compliance with company policies.

Support day-to-day business operations including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

Identify and elevate project risks / issues while assisting in problem-solving initiatives.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company projects and client campaigns.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and prepare regular status updates for management.

Maintain and update company records, databases, and project documentation.

Submit weekly reports and performance summaries to management.

Conduct cold calling and outreach to secure appointments with potential media partners.
