Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineering professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have :

• A Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Preferably specializing in Civil / Construction / Structural Engineering or related fields.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A valid Malaysia driving license.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and guiding workers on specific projects.
• Experience in supervising and monitoring site worker efficiency and project progress.
• Responsibility for workers’ attendance and safety on site.
• If provided with a company vehicle, ability to fetch foreign workers from quarters.
• Ability to organize regular meetings with workers or sub-contractors to meet schedules and resolve site issues.
• Willingness to attend project site meetings and technical discussions with clients or consultants.
• Capability to prepare timely reports related to each project.
