About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Consultant where you'll guide clients through one of their most important financial decisions. In this rewarding role, you'll build lasting relationships while enjoying uncapped earning potential and a supportive work environment designed for your success.

Compensation & Benefits

Allowance : RM 2,000 per month
Commission Structure : Earn up to 0.5% of successful mortgage values
Realistic Monthly Earnings : RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 for performers (including commission)

Growth Path : Clear progression to Senior Consultant within 18-24 months

What You'll Do

Client Advisory : Guide clients through the mortgage selection process, helping them secure their dream homes

Financial Analysis : Assess clients' financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on competitive mortgage products across banks and insurance providers

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, banks and clients

What We're Looking For

Education : Diploma and above in any field (Finance / Business preferred but not required)

Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles

Skills : Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge

Qualities : Self-motivated, client-focused, and eager to learn

Licenses : RFP / CFP / PCE / TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory

Portfolio Management : Create tailored financial plans that align with clients' long-term goals
