Job Description

Business Performance and Management

• To help building business and analytics reporting structure to facilitate business decision making
• Work with CBPA business analysts on MIS extraction for new product, new campaign, new enhancements and new initiatives requested by SBU
• To provide MIS and business analytics with a view to optimize profit
• Develop process improvements to increase efficiency
• Implement and operationalize the data deliverables based on data requirements
• To work with Decision Management or Group Technology to ride on the available platform to achieve consistent data flows and to minimize on cost in investments of technology platform, hardware etc
• Perform in depth analysis with insights and identify areas of opportunity and risk
• Design and deliver analysis to meet business needs and propose actionable insights and recommendations
• To support other departments on the analytics needs, statistical data request and MIS related to Consumer Banking Products & Segments from time to time
• Explore new areas of MIS and information analytics to enhance the skill sets in driving business results
• Prepare value added MIS data in accurate and timely manner to facilitate business reporting
• Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance
