Overview

  • Develop mid-to-long-term product technology roadmaps and innovation strategies , focusing on core products such as home air compressors, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, and water pumps, driving product iteration and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to convert customer needs , and provide technical feasibility reports.
  • Lead the full process of new product development , organizing and leading sub-teams in R&D, design, electronics, and electrical to conduct product development, prototype trial production, performance testing, and mass production ramp-up.
  • Establish core technological barriers , organize patent avoidance designs and creative patent applications.
  • Establish R&D processes and key performance indicators , driving continuous improvement and knowledge accumulation.
  • Manage the R&D budget , review project investments and returns, and regularly report technological progress and risks to senior management.

To succeed in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing & Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering , or other related mechanical disciplines.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in mechanical structure design and development, with a background in electromechanical product development.
  • Able to independently complete new product designs; proficient in CAD, CREO, SolidWorks, UG , or other relevant design software.
  • Familiar with a wide range of application materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly processes for various components.
  • At least 2 years of pump R&D experience preferred.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and high enthusiasm for technology.
  • Able to communicate and write proficiently in English; proficiency in Mandarin for communication with Chinese colleagues would be an added advantage.
