Job Responsibility

  • Manage purchasing activities â from sourcing suppliers to processing purchase orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track order delivery, resolve supplier issues, and ensure materials / services arrive on time.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1â3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (BPO or shared service experience is a plus!).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / SAP / Oracle systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
