Or minimum 6 months experience in customer support (any industry). Call centre experience is not mandatory, but will be an advantage. 3+ years sales experience in a consultative selling role preferred. Strong B2B consultative sales experience, with relationship-building skills and CRM system usage. Strong ability to transition support calls into sales opportunities. Tech-savvy, with interest in client products and platform features. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy. Basic understanding of HTML and Java is a plus. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls while demonstrating professional sales and customer service behaviors.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Offer resolutions within the scope of support (SOS) or guide customers to third-party / paid solutions when necessary.
- Troubleshoot client products to achieve first-call resolution.
- Consistently meet and exceed key metrics such as : First Call Resolution (FCR), Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), New Sales Targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a stellar customer experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
